Searching Content

A search can be performed on any TextClosed When capitalized, refers to a primary source in the Accordance Library or ToolClosed When capitalized, refers to a secondary source in the Accordance Library moduleClosed Any Bible text, or other single tool that can be read in Accordance, including reference texts and articles; may also be referred to as content or resource. Searching is a fairly straightforward task.

  1. Tap the Search button () to go open the Search panel.
  2. Choose the type of text to be located, for example Words or Verses. (Available types of searches depend on the moduleClosed Any Bible text, or other single tool that can be read in Accordance, including reference texts and articles; may also be referred to as content or resource being searched).
  3. Enter search criteria in the Search Entry box.
  4. Tap Search. The Search Hits are displayed in the Main View.

Tap the History button () to return to a previous search or perform a new search.

Tap the Close button () to return to the TextClosed When capitalized, refers to a primary source in the Accordance Library or ToolClosed When capitalized, refers to a secondary source in the Accordance Library.
