If Accordance Fails to Quit:

1. Open your device's Settings app ().
2. Tap Apps & notifications.
3. Tap the Accordance app icon. (You may need to scroll to find the app).
4. Tap Force Stop. This forces Accordance to quit, but any unsaved data will be lost.

If a Text When capitalized, refers to a primary source in the Accordance Library or Tool When capitalized, refers to a secondary source in the Accordance Library fails to load when selected from the Library or the Text When capitalized, refers to a primary source in the Accordance Library Pop-up menu:

1. Open your device's Settings app ().
2. Tap Apps & notifications.
3. Tap the Accordance app icon. (You may need to scroll to find the app).
4. Tap Storage and tap Clear Cache. This clears any corrupted module Any Bible text, or other single tool that can be read in Accordance, including reference texts and articles; may also be referred to as content or resource data, but leaves your modules intact.

If a Text When capitalized, refers to a primary source in the Accordance Library or a Tool When capitalized, refers to a secondary source in the Accordance Library fails to load when selected from the Library or the Text When capitalized, refers to a primary source in the Accordance Library Pop-up menu, and the previous step fails to resolve the problem, you may need to clear the Accordance application data completely:

1. Open your device's Settings app ().
2. Tap Apps & notifications.
3. Tap the Accordance app icon. (You may need to scroll to find the app).
4. Tap Storage and tap Clear Storage. This removes any installed Accordance modules.

If Accordance fails to start up, you may need to delete the Accordance application and re-install. To delete Accordance:

1. Open your device's Settings app ().
2. Tap Apps & notifications.
3. Tap the Accordance app icon. (You may need to scroll to find the app).
4. Tap Uninstall. Accordance is uninstalled. You will need to download Accordance from the App Store and reinstall all your modules.
