Utilities Menu

The Utilities menu provides options that relate to Accordance Bible Software as a whole.

Accordance Menu Item	Description
Easy Install	Opens a dialog box for logging on to your account at OakTree Software, enabling installation of purchased modules Any Bible text, or other single tool that can be read in Accordance, including reference texts and articles; may also be referred to as content or resource from your online account.
Check for Content Updates	Opens a dialog box which checks for available module Any Bible text, or other single tool that can be read in Accordance, including reference texts and articles; may also be referred to as content or resource updates.
Check for App Update	Opens a dialog box that checks for available Accordance application updates.
Sync with Mobile Device	Opens a dialog box for syncing From the word synchronization; the process by which data is moved from a computer to a mobile device such as an iPad or iPhone Library contents with iOS devices.
Sync with Dropbox	If you have not linked to your Dropbox account, opens the Dropbox website for logging in to your account and connecting Accordance
Choose Support Files Location	Opens a dialog box for choosing a location other than your C:/ drive for storing your Accordance Files. This new location is then used by Accordance for all future updates and installations.
Scroll Text with other Applications	Accordance synchronizes the verse display with supported applications. Currently, Paratext is the only supported application (https://pt8.paratext.org/).
Update Accordance Fonts	Opens a dialog box that re-installs Accordance Fonts.
