1. Open the Preferences dialog box by doing one of the following:

2. Select Instant Details in the left panel of the Preferences dialog box. Options relating to Instant Details are displayed.

If the Instant Details are displayed as a floating window, that window remains open until you physically close it. If desired, you can have the Instant Details automatically fade from site if there is no information to be displayed. Once this option is set, you can also temporarily override it, if desired.

1. In the Instant Details Display area, select Automatically fade when floating. The Instant Details fade when displayed as a floating window and there is no information to be displayed.

1. In the Instant Details Display area, select Popover on click and hold. The next time you click and hold on a word in a pane, the Instant Details are displayed in a popover.
2. Click Show Popover on click and hold to open a pop-up menu and select how quickly the Instant Details popover appears when you click and hold on a word. Available items are: Short, Medium, and Long.

1. In the Key Numbers area select the items to be displayed.
   
   Options are dimmed unless a Keyed Bible text is added to Accordance.
2. In the Greek and Hebrew area select the items to be displayed.
   
   Options are dimmed unless a grammatically tagged text is added to Accordance.
3. Click OK to save your changes.
