Set Table Bar Chart Display Dialog Box

Prerequisites for use: A Table Bar Chart tab is the activeClosed The application, window, tab, or other screen element which is currently being used; sometimes called the "front" or "frontmost" screen element tab.  

Use: The Set Table Bar Chart Display dialog box is used to define how the data is displayed in the active Table Bar Chart tab.

Description: The various settings affect how data is displayed in the table bar chart. Changes affect only the active Table Bar Chart tab. If you want your changes applied to all future Table Bar Chart tabs, click Use as Default.

Display pop-up menu: Used to choose the default display for what is counted. Available options are: Average Hits, Total Hits, Total Words, and Total Verses.

Chart detail area: These items affect the chart content.

  • Show count on: Left, Right, None Choose the position of the numerical label on each bar. The number is suppressed on the left if the bars are too crowded.
  • Sort by count: When selected, sorts the books or chapters in the order of the count, instead of in Biblical order.
  • Show chapter details: When selected, displays the results for each chapter of the search range.

Chart colors area: These items affect display of the Bar Chart.

  • Use black background: When selected, changes the Bar Chart background to black; this looks particularly good in presentations or a slide show.
  • Color pop-up menu: The Color pop-up menu lets you choose the color for all bars on the chart.
