Example: Amplify to a Map

If the Bible Atlas is installed, you can amplifyClosed To select words or a reference and search for the selection in the text or tool of your choice. You can select the resource in the Library or Amplify menus. A triple-click is a shortcut which amplifies to the top tool of the relevant category. from Bible text to a place name on a map.

  1. Highlight a place name in the text to select it. For this example, highlight "Bethel" in Genesis 12:8 of the KJVS.
  2. In the Library, pass the cursor over the desired background in the Atlas area (Click to select the desired background for an Atlas map).   3. Click Amplify (Rest the cursor over the module name in the Library to display the Amplify button. Click to amplify to the module.). An Atlas tab opens with Bethel highlighted and centered on the map.
