Running Accordance for iOS for the First Time

  1. Accept the End User License Agreement by clicking on Agree.

    The EULA can be viewed at any time by going to the Settings View and clicking End User License Agreement.

    After accepting the EULA, the welcome tutorial appears.

  2. View the Welcome Tutorial screens. The tutorial leads you through some of the basic navigational elements of the app, and how to access some of the main features.
  3. Tap Skip or use the pinch gesture to exit the tutorial. If viewed on an iPad touch, you can switch to a horizontal view of the tutorial.
  4. The tutorial is not displayed if you have already viewed that particular tutorial version before.

  5. The tutorial can be viewed at any time by going to the Settings View and clicking Show Tutorial.

    After viewing the tutorial for the first time, the Registration screen appears.

  6. In the Registration screen do one of the following:

  7. Enter your online account username and password (if you have one) and tap Sign In, or
  8. Tap Create an Account to open a new account within the App; enter the information and tap Submit, or
  9. Tap Skip to bypass registration. Note, however, that you still need to register later in order to download additional modules. You can do this at any time by going to Settings View and tapping Accordance Account.

    When done, Accordance opens displaying the entire ESVi Bible.

  10. You can now download additional modules through Easy Install or sync them from the Macintosh or Windows versions of Accordance.
