Printing

Accordance provides several print options, to best meet your needs.

The print commands reflect the options currently set in the standard Macintosh Page Setup dialog box. The Page Setup dialog box is used to change paper size, page orientation, and other printing options that correspond to the capabilities of your printer. Refer to the Macintosh Help for information on these options.

When you print a tab containing text, the printer reproduces the current display of that text on the screen, including the fonts, sizes, styles, and colors. You can change the text display options for a tab or a text pane via the first item on the Display menu by using the shortcut keys ( Ctrl+T ).

Note

If a tab displays the entire text of a moduleClosed Any Bible text, or other single tool that can be read in Accordance, including reference texts and articles; may also be referred to as content or resource (such as a tool), a message appears advising that you are about to print a large number of verses or paragraphs (printing is limited to 100 pages at a time).

You may also be reminded to check the copyright notice pertaining to a module.

Hint

To avoid printing an entire tool, you can set the Search Options pop-up menu to Articles or Paragraphs; or select a range in the tool browser, or select only the text you want to print and choose File>Print Selection.
