Work with Library Folders

Using folders to organize modulesClosed Any Bible text, or other single tool that can be read in Accordance, including reference texts and articles; may also be referred to as content or resource in the Library is a convenient way to work with long lists of modules. Simply click the triangle next to the folder icon to view/hide its content. Modules placed in a folder appear in a submenu of the associated pop-up menu. All changes are applied immediately.

The arrangement of modules in the sections, categories and folders affects display of the following menu items:

Texts are all stored in one section in the Library—Texts. They can be rearranged in folders for ease of access.

However you choose to arrange your Text modules, when accessed via the File and Amplify menus, and the pane short-cut menu (Find In item), the In menus, Texts are automatically identified and categorized into one of five main menu categories: Modern Bibles, Greek Texts, Hebrew Texts, Latin Texts, and Other Texts. A category is not displayed if you have no resources in it. Your custom arrangement of Texts in the Library is automatically organized within the appropriate menu category.

In order to enable access to the modules quickly, based on your personal settings, the Add Parallel pop-up menu reflects the arrangement of the Text modules in the Library.
