Using the Library

The Library provides a quick and easy way to access and work with all installed modulesClosed Any Bible text, or other single tool that can be read in Accordance, including reference texts and articles; may also be referred to as content or resource. Usually displayed on the left side of the Workspace, the Library is displayed as a popover if there is not enough room in the Workspace, or if set to do so via the Preferences.

Initially, all installed modules are displayed in the main Library pane in several sections and categories. The main sections cannot be edited. Categories can be renamed and rearranged, and you can change the order of modules, affecting the appearance of most window and toolbar pop-up menus. Modules can also be removed or added to the Library.

Click the triangles next to each category (or folder) to hide/show the modules within. When expanded, you can arrange and edit that list of modules.

Alt+Click on any category triangle opens or closes all the categories and subfolders in the Library. This is useful for viewing or printing a list of modules.

Hint

Printing the list to a PDF file (File>Print) is a convenient way to send a list of all installed modules to our Technical Support staff.

The Preferences dialog box can be used to change the font size of the Library (Browser Font Size in the Appearance area), or have it open as a popover (Appearance area).
